due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges. if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at drifttallowco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. please include a photo in your email.

please note: because our products are 100% natural and contain no preservatives, beading and variance in texture may occur. this is normal and can be caused by temperature changes and other various factors. our formulas are smooth at the time of jarring. however, this is the nature of tallow and can occur after jarring. this does not affect the benefits or quality of the product. warm in hands to dissolve before applying.
