- magnesium chloride: the genuine zechstein magnesium chloride flakes used are harvested from the ancient zechstein seabed in europe from approximately 2 miles beneath the surface of the earth and are free of mercury, lead, arsenic, and fluoride.
- olive oil: like tallow, olive oil has been used for centuries as skincare. it is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, and vitamins A, D, E & K. we use 100% organic, first cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil made from three ancient varieties of olives: favarol, grignano, and nostrano. it is pressed and bottled by a local family in the veneto region in northern Italy within 12 hours of harvesting. benefits of olive oil: moisturizing, increases elasticity, boosts collagen, smooths skin, fights wrinkles & free radicals, fades dark spots, and treats acne, to name a few.
directions: with clean, dry hands apply daily for general benefits, as needed to sore muscles, and before bed for a restful sleep. do not apply to broken skin. avoid contact with eyes. may tingle slightly. stop use if rash or irritation occurs.

I put this on every night on my feet, and excema spots on my arms. It relaxes me before bed and keeps my skin smooth.. it absorbs nicely and it’s thick but not greasy. It’s become part of my nightly routine and I love it!
The feel of the product is smooth and moisturizing making it perfect to rub into skin easily and soothe sore spots. I love that I can get the same benefits of magnesium for restful sleep without having to drink something before bed that makes me wake up to go to the bathroom.
I have some swelling in the joints of my hands occasionally, and have trouble falling asleep in general. rubbing this on my hands before bed helps ease the pain of the joint swelling and puts me in the state of mind to wind down. so moisturizing too! my hands are glowing and cuticles have never looked better.
i was a tester for the magnesium balm pre-launch and it’s amazing! i apply this before bed and sleep like a baby. i notice a significant difference in my sleep on the nights i use it vs when i don’t. i’ve also noticed i focus so much better during work on the days that i use it. i sometimes get cramps during my period and experienced almost immediate relief after applying to my torso. i love this stuff and will never be without it!
