olive oil: like tallow, olive oil has been used for centuries as skincare. it is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, and vitamins A, D, E & K. we use 100% organic, first cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil made from three ancient varieties of olives: favarol, grignano, and nostrano. it is pressed and bottled in glass by a local family in the veneto region in northern Italy within 12 hours of harvesting. benefits of olive oil: moisturizing, increases elasticity, boosts collagen, smooths skin, fights wrinkles & free radicals, fades dark spots and treats acne, to name a few.
directions: a little goes a long way. with clean, dry hands apply a small amount to face and body as needed.

I ordered this balm since Beauty Counter no longer sells the product I like. This is far better and I’m so happy! I have aging facial skin, and when i wear this to bed at night, I wake feeling supple and refreshed. The smell is mild and the consistency is nice.
